Welcome to the website of BrainStation India Foundation (“BSIF”, “we”, “our”, “us”). 1. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, donate, or contract with BrainStation India Foundation.
• If you are under 18, you may only use our programs with the involvement and verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Programs & Services

BrainStation India Foundation operates charitable initiatives, including but not limited to:

• Startup incubation and mentoring.
• Scholarships for underprivileged girls.
• Financial literacy programs.

Participation is subject to program-specific guidelines, which form part of these Terms.

3. Donations & Payments

• Donations made to BrainStation India Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable.
• All donations are applied towards BrainStation India Foundation's charitable objectives. If a designated program is discontinued, BrainStation India Foundation may reallocate funds at its discretion.
• BrainStation India Foundation does not store card details or CVV. All transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways in line with RBI tokenization regulations. -Donors will receive official receipts, which may be used for tax purposes subject to applicable exemptions.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website (including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and software) is the property of BrainStation India Foundation or licensed third parties, protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.
• You may access, view, and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
